The hosts introduce themselves:

Nicole Gemperle
Career changer in gastronomy, trained commercial employee and qualified social worker/pedagogue

Peter Gemperle
Classical cook apprenticeship in an exclusive restaurant in the canton of Aargau/Switzerland. Subsequently, 5 years in the cadre of Ueli Prager at Mövenpick.

Together we managed, among others, the Hotel/Restaurant Krone in Brülisau (Appenzell/Switzerland) for 8 years.
